Hi guys. It's been a while since I've done an Advice Column, but I've decided that today should be a day to check your emotions and get them to the lowest possible level. So, assess your feelings using this simple chart, then do some sort of mindfulness exercise like meditation, yoga, or self-massage to lower your emotional level. Stuck?
